FRIDAY HOLDING PARTNERSHIP IS DISSOLVED
Technology & Media Group To Be Sold or Shut Down

As many of our subscribers have learned via the national business press, Friday Holdings, L.P. has begun liquidating its assets. Those assets include Technology & Media Group, Inc., which publishes this newsletter.

The outcome of this liquidation process is still uncertain, thus we ask our subscribers to expect one of two scenarios to unfold over the next few weeks.

One, Technology & Media Group will be sold. In that case, they should expect at least one month's disruption of service and, we assume, some notice from the company's new owners about when they will receive the new issue of the newsletter.

Two, Technology & Media Group will cease operation at the end of September. Should this happen, Friday Holdings will fully refund the cost of the remaining issues to paid subscribers.

Please accept my personal apology for this unfortunate turn of events and my gratitude for your support during the critical launch phase of Technology & Media Group. Your phenomenal response to both Technology & Media and to our Alliance Directory has been more than gratifying.

Armed with the confidence that your support has given us and the knowledge we have gained in our few short months of operation, we at Technology & Media move into the next phase of our careers in this exciting and chaotic industry.
